You're right. Sorry, my mistake. I simply forgot that it wasn't in SGML.

I spent some time, months ago, working on converting it to SGML. I
eventually aborted the project, so my mind played a trick on me --
reminding me that I had seen the SGML source of it when in fact it was
never completed.
