twolame: twolame (optimised MPEG encoder)

twolame: Twolame is an optimised MPEG Audio Layer 2 (MP2) encoder
twolame: based on tooLAME by Mike Cheng, which in turn is based upon the
twolame: ISO dist10 code and and portions of lame. TwoLAME should be able
twolame: to be used as a drop-in replacement for LAME (a MPEG Layer 3 encoder).
