Open Applet: A panel applet that lets you easily open URLs and search the web
	-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Description
-----------

This is the Open Applet. Why is it called the Open Applet? Well no one
came up with anything else. I blame Marco and Xan for this... If you're
wondering I started working on this after seeing a mockup done by seth.

What does this wonderful marvel of technology do? Well it lets you
easily open urls from the panel without bothering with the differences
between file manager, web browsers, irc clients etc.

All the fuss for just this? Well it tries to be smart and fix any
mistakes you may make. Worst comes to worst, it'll search Google, and
eventually i'd like to support Natural Language searching of the file
system (way future).

Requirements
------------

This package requires the following modules to be installed:
gtk, gnome-vfs, and gnome-panel.

You can get these packages from your favourite GNOME FTP mirror or at
http://ftp.gnome.org/GNOME/sources or from other sources where GNOME
packages are distributed.

Reporting bugs
--------------

Perhaps eventually you will be able to report them via the GNOME
bug tracking system at http://bugzilla.gnome.org. For the time being,
send them to me at bordoley@msu.edu, or bother me on irc (nick: daveb),
I tend to hang out in #epiphany.
