These are the patches that add DVD functionality to the 2.2 kernels. The
dvd-cd series are specific DVD addons, while the dvd-ide series contain
Andre Hedricks' IDE stuff as well.

2.2.15 is the last kernel that will have the DVD functionality available
as an add-on, as of 2.2.16-pre2 it is included in the stock kernel and
hence no extra patches are needed.
