Portable NVU Launcher 0.0.3

* Where should this program be placed?
In the same directory as nvu.exe on your USB key, or adjust the INI appropriately.

* Where should the profile be?
A profile directory should exist as a subdirectory of the directory containing nvu.exe 

* What settings can be made in the INI?
nvupath=\nvu ;Set this to be the directory that containes nvu.exe  No drive letter should be inlcuded
profiledirectory=profile ;Set this to be the subdirectory that contains your nvu profile

* What does this program do?
It launches NVU using a specific profile, which is handy on USB drives.  It also checks to ensure that all extensions have been altered to use relative paths, so sunbird will work regardless of drive letter, which will change when you move PCs.

* What license is this code released under?
This code is released under the GPL.  The full code is included with the package as PortableNVU.nsi.

* Who created this program?
This launcher has been a joint effort by many folks on mozillaZine.org interested in getting Firefox to run from a USB drive.  The code in this particular version is based on mai9's Free The Fox launcher as well as tracon's fflaunch.  It also has my own custom bits added in.

* How do I install extensions into Portable NVU?

1. Launch Sunbird using PortableNVU.exe
2. Install the extension
3. Close NVU and then re-launch with PortableNVU.exe
   (The extension will make its entries into chrome.rdf at this point)
4. Close NVU and then re-launch with PortableNVU.exe
   PortableNVU will adjust the extension to be relative at this point)
5. Enjoy your new portable extension.
