Release notes for hfs_fs version 0.95

As of version 0.95 the HFS filessystem has been upgradeded from "ALPHA"
status to "BETA".  Thanks to all the pople who've helped test it.

Starting in version 0.8.3 partitions are now numbered from 0, rather than 1.

Versions 0.8 and 0.8.1 contained a bug that may have caused the loss of blocks
when files were deleted.  If you used these versions to delete files then you
should run either Norton Utilities or Disk First Aid to recover any lost blocks.
