calctick

Copying calctick

The program calctick tells you how many ticks per second your computer uses when running the population clock.

The result of calctick should match the HZ variable on your system.

Syntax

The following is an example of calctick execution.

      calctick

calctick shows the number of ticks per second on your system.

The default ticks per second on Intel Linux is 100.
