These are calltips files -- context-sensitive documentation for various 
programming languages and libraries.  To learn about calltips, choose
'Help->Features for Programming->Calltips' from the menu bar of an NEdit 
window.  Note that Calltips were introduced in NEdit 5.4, so if you're using
an earlier version you need to upgrade!

Quick Start: 
  1. Download C.tips
  2. Choose "File->Load Calltips File" and select C.tips
  3. Choose "Preferences->Language Mode->C"
  4. Type "strncpy" and select it
  5. Choose "Search->Show Calltip"
