Description:    WaveTools consists of 8 small programs for manipulating mono
                WAV Files from the commandline.
		
		- winf	Displays header information of wave-files and 
			optionally also file statistics.
		- wcat	Concatenates several wave-files (*.wav) and performs 
			interpolating conversions of sample rates and sample 
			depths if necessary.
		- wcut	Cuts a section out of a wave-file.
		- wflt	Filter: Performs several transformations on wave-files.
			(high/low/band-pass, mean value filter)
		- wfct	Function Generator: Generates wave-files with several
			functions (sinus, rectangular, triangular, saw-tooth, 
			noise, impulse)
		- wmix	Mixes several wave-files (add or modulate).
		- wview	An interactive SVGALIB viewer.
		- wplot	Generates a PostScript plot.
