Description:    substract_wave substracts 2 mono wave files from each other
                by a factor specified on the command line.
                The input files must be in the same format.
                This can be used to cancel a background main language in a
                translation channel.
                This is a command line tool.
                To unpack:
                tar -zxvf substract_wave-0.3.tgz
                cd substract_wave-0.3
                Then follow the instructions in README and INSTALL.
		        New in 0.2:
                Added -r option so it can also SUM 2 channels.
                0.3:
                Changed wave_header.h so it has 8 bits and 16 bits defined on AMD64.
                Set default substract_factor to 100.
