Greylisting, Sender-(envelope, SASL or host / ip)-based throttling 
(on messages and/or volume per defined time unit), Recipient rate 
limiting, Spamtrap monitoring / blacklisting, HELO auto blacklisting 
and HELO randomization preventation.
