Comments:       TkPNG implements support for loading and using PNG
                images with Tcl/Tk without the dependency of libpng.
                This package is meant to be used in conjunction with
                the tcltk-8.4.uci myDSL package 12/07/2005 or newer.
                It should work with others, but requires some manual
                tweaking to accomplish that.
