Encryption Software Access

Export of the cryptographic version of Kermit 95 is restricted by United States of America Export Administration Regulations. Because of its Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) ECCN 5D002 classification and ENC export license exception, the cryptographic version of Kermit 95 may be exported to all countries with the following exception:

The cryptographic version of Kermit 95 may not be transmitted, exported, or re-exported to Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or Cuba.
