I've only had two people take over documents.  One for the Man-Page HOWTO
conversion, and one person took over maintenence and conversion of the
Kerneld HOWTO.  The other two are still up for grabs for somebody to just
take and convert.  Here are their names, email addresses, and HOWTOs.
