Notes:

* These packages have been cut-down by removing the include files, localization files and the man files, so don't try to compile against them. Also OpenOffice only has the English dictionary installed.

* By default Puppy loads it's main file system into RAM on boot. Some of these applications like LOTS of RAM. So for best performance, booting with the option pfix=noram may provide better results.

* Java's runtime environment is included. To enable the Seamonkey pluggin, from Seamonkey click on Edit - Preferences. Then click on the word "Advanced" (don't click on the + sign) and check the box to enable Java. Restart Seamonkey.

* The desktop Icons for write, calc, and paint will use OO-writer, OO-scalc, and Gimp when the sfs file is installed.
All of these packages where compiled in T2 or Puppy Dingo (except Java).

To install a SFS file, place the file in the same place as your pup_save file, then go to Menu - System - BootManager and follow the instructions there. Then Reboot.

It's called fatdog for a reason, it's 203MB. Big thanks to Eric (Caneri) for hosting the file.

I'll be out of town for a few days, don't know if I'll be able to check in.

Edit: In the address above you'll find to sfs files fatdog-4a.sfs and fatdog-4b.sfs (207MB). The fatdog-4b.sfs file is the same as the fatdog-4a.sfs except the latest flash is included along with openbox window manager and lxpanel. See below for details. Also see warning about switching between sfs files below.

Edit2:
So just to be clear:

Fatdog-4a.sfs --- Contains all the stuff in the quote box above. JWM is still the default window manager.

Fatdog-4b.sfs --- Contains all the stuff in Fastdog-4a.sfs plus Openbox, Lxpanel and the latest Flashplayer (9.0.124.0). When you boot, Openbox will be your window manager.
