			    ================

The packages in this section have not been thoroughly tested yet, or provide
just the initial support for upcoming features.

You are free to install these packages if you wish - they shouldn't bork your
system; but installing them is at YOUR OWN RISK and we will not provide a lot
of support for them.


Available pckages
-----------------

empathy - GNOME Empathy instant messaging
  A GNOME instant messaging application that uses the Telepathy framework.

farsight - Farsight communications framework
  A framework to support audio/video conferencing for Telepathy.

gst-plugins-farsight - Farsight modules for GStreamer
  GStreamer multimedia plugins for the Farsight framework.

libjingle - Tapioca VoIP framework
  VoIP support for Telepathy.

libtelepathy - Telepathy flexible communications framework.
  This is the main library implimenting the Telepathy framework.

  The Telepathy project is building a unified framework for many different
  kinds of real-time communications, such as instant messaging (both one-to-one
  and in groups), voice calls and video calls.  It uses the D-Bus messaging
  system to provide a simple interface for client applications, allowing them
  to quickly take advantage of Telepathy's benefits.

  Telepathy will slowly be intergrated into the GNOME Desktop, so is provided
  here for users to preview/test if they wish.

loudmouth - A Jabber XMPP library
  A Jabber library used by Telepathy-Gabble

telepathy-butterfly - Telepathy support for MSN
  MSN Messanger (mostly experimental) support for Empathy/Telepathy.

telepathy-gabble - Telepathy Support for Gabble
  Jabber support for Empathy/Telepathy.

telepathy-glib - Telepathy connection manager library
  Dbus/GLIB support for Telepathy.

telepathy-mission-control - Telepathy mission control
  Addressbook and contact support for Empathy.

telepathy-salut - Telepathy Support for Salut
  Salut support for Empathy/Telepathy.
