rsync: rsync (a remote file sync utility)

rsync: rsync is a replacement for rcp with many more features.  It uses
rsync: the "rsync algorithm" which provides a very fast method for 
rsync: bringing remote files into sync.  It does this by sending just the

rsync: sets of files are present at one of the ends of the link beforehand.
